Help feed local students!
Our Backpack Blessings ministry serves students in Cherokee Schools by helping provide food for children who may otherwise go without enough to eat over the weekend. This is a practical way to show Christ's love and care for children and families in our community.
We're looking for volunteers to help with shopping, packing food bags, and delivering them to Cherokee. Packing takes place on Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm., and deliveries will need to be made on Thursdays.
Volunteers will serve weekly for the remainder of the school year. Whether you enjoy shopping, working behind the scenes to pack bags, or helping with deliveries, we need you!
Every bag packed is an opportunity to care for a child and remind them that they are loved.
Will you join us in serving the students at Cherokee? Sign up to be part of Backpack Blessings and help us put food in little hands and show Christ's love in a tangible way!
